Booking by telephone, 0600-10-800 (rate per minute + local call charge) or 0600-10-020 (flat rate + local call charge)
The rate per minute of €1.96 + local call charge or the flat rate of €6.79 per call + local call charge will be added to the price of the ticket(s) along with a delivery fee according to the means of delivery.

A system fee of at least €2.50 will be added to the price of each ticket.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers entitling the holder to purchase a ticket for the performance of his/her choice are on sale at Lippupalvelu outlets.
Culture vouchers
Tickets for the Savonlinna Opera Festival can also be paid for with Smartum culture vouchers at the Savonlinna Opera Festival Office and Lippupalvelu outlets but not at R-kiosks. Tickets can, for example, be booked by phone and paid for at the nearest ticket outlet. Culture vouchers can be used to buy tickets for personal use only. In other words, they cannot be used to buy, for example, gift vouchers.
Tickets cannot be refunded or changed.
Force majeure conditions apply to all performances. Tickets will then be refunded on presentation.
The Savonlinna Opera Festival takes no responsibility for lost tickets.
